We would like to send our heart felt condolences to all the Paddock family during this difficult time. I was very young when I last seen Billy. I use to travel with Mom and Dad to visit Aunt Ruby's entire family in Springdale. It has been a very long time but our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God stretch out his hand as he welcomes Billy with open arms. We believe his suffering has ended and his everlasting life with all those who were there to greet him begins.
