Wilf was a true and beloved friend of mine. We had genuine affection for each other. I shared many happy moments with him in my brief stay in that part of the world. Those happy moments were brief but unforgettable. It brings back to me the days when we shared many a laughter and the company of great thoughts and sincere appreciation of the people and the world around us.

I expected to see him again but fate ruled otherwise. The last time I spoke to him was in February when he was full of life as usual. Very few personalities that I have met were larger than life and Wilf was. Never a dull moment was spent with him. An exceedingly entertaining and wonderful man. We will miss him but he shall live on in my sweet memory.
