Uncle Joe and Cuz's, my thoughts and prayers were with you all today as you laid Aunt Eillen to rest with our Maker and family. I wish I could have been there but distance and circumstances prevented this from happening. Aunt Eileen was a very joyous, outgoing, friendly and loving woman whose "raison d'etre" was to be there for you all and her extended family. She loved to tell stories of how Uncle Joe and she use to babysit Wanda and I, you could see the life, laughter and love in her eyes. You all have your special memories of her that will help you with the loss that you feel. I hope you can find some comfort knowing she is at peace from the ravages of her disease, enjoying the re-connection with loved ones who had gone before her but mostly in the care of our God and Maker. Aunt Eileen will be sadly missed by us all but we will not forget her. Let's look forward to family gatherings which she so much enjoyed seeing all of us together. Rest in peach Dear Aunt.

My heart felt sympathy to the Griffin families/ & extended, and all those who knew and loved Eileen. She was a great woman of strength and a loving and special person. May she be reunited with her children who have gone before her and that they all meet again on heavens bright shores! RIP dear lady. I will always remember you.

Sorry to hear of your mom's passing and I wish to pass on my sincere condolences. Joy, I know during our many conversations that you spoke fondly of your mom and she was a loving mother and friend to all she met, and I also know she had a compassionate heart and that you will miss her dearly. As time passes you will always have the many wonderful memories of her and the times you and your family had together.
