I remember her when I was a little girl and would go visit her farm and play with her kids.
My grandfather was Raymond Charles Merrill. Me father is Floyd Merrill.
I liked Betty and her family and I loved trying to catch wild cats in the barn so I could cuddle them., Betty told me I’d lose an eye to one of them cats if I didn’t stop.
I’m 63, still feel the urge to chase cats and still have both eyes.
I remember Betty and it’s been a bit more than 50 years since I seen her. She was a good memory.
I say a prayer for her family and send my warmest condolences.
