My condolences to all of Barb's family and friends. She belonged to the Sackville Breast Cancer Support Group and I had the honour of picking her up unless she decided to walk to the meetings at the Sackville Memorial Hospital. A couple of times, before Covid-19 shut us down, she actually helped me to walk to the meeting, from the parking lot and back to my car after the meeting. She attended a three-day Breast Cancer Retreat, in Rothesay, NB, with me, and she enjoyed that experience. She was usually up for any new experiences and was faithful to all the organizations to which she belonged. She was always baking, it seemed, for one cause or another. She was a wonderful lady and I am going to miss her.

My condolences to the family. It’s not easy to cope with death. We feel helpless and our pain can be unbearable. There’s nothing we can do to bring that person back to life. But the Bible gives us a real comfort. May the family find comfort by reading. (John 5:28;29) .” All those humans in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” This is what the Bible calls the resurrection. All my thoughts and my prayers go out to the family in this time of sorrow.
