I was saddened today to hear of Dave's passing. I've known Dave and Linda and the whole Blanchard family for many years. Dave would often visit the dealership and we would sit, have a coffee or two and reminisce about the year's past. We would talk about family, his love for Linda, his sons and grandchildren. Eventually the conversation would switch to his car. Dave loved automobiles. His car was never dirty always sparkling. Everyone here at the dealership will miss Dave and his kind demeanor, patience and infectious smile. My sincerest condolences to Linda and the Boys. I had the opportunity to have many discussions with a Dave over the years in my former role as City Manager. He was an advocate for fairness for the workers that he represented. He was a leader and a strong forceful advocate for families
Dave Gould was a real good solid guy and I considered him not only a union leader, but a friend.

Words cannot express how saddened I am by Dave's passing. He was such a kind and compassionate man. Linda and family, please accept my sincere condolences. Dave will be missed by many.
