Hello Reid family it is with fond memories and tears that I will always remember your mother. She was a friend and an adopted mom to me. She was absolute sweetheart with a heart of gold, a wonderful provider and with a huge personality. Hugs to you all.

To Nadine and Karen, deepest sympathy and many prayers as you and family mourn the loss of your mother. I last saw her at St Francis around the 1st of December, she was so proud of her family and that evening of Karen, she hadn't heard her sing solo before. She was going out the door with a big smile on her face.

When Joe arrived home, he announced, "I'm going to Newfoundland." Doris didn't miss a beat and said, "If you're going, I'm going too." We loved her spunk despite all that life dealt her. And now we keep you, the family in prayer, Your care and love for your mom was exemplary.May that love you gave be a blessing for each of you.We remember and celebrate Doris'well lived and beautiful life.
