We are deeply saddened to hear of Hazel’s passing. We shall all miss her. Since I first met Hazel in the late fifties, shortly after she married Terris, she was the classic image of a woman in love with a man. When Sheila first met Hazel at Harry & Elsies’ place in the seventies, she admired and has often referred to the obvious fondness that Hazel and Terris have for each other. Whether it was an special event in Seachelt or Wynyard or when Hazel and Terris travelled East to Hamilton, they would talk about Jason and Joel and their families. Particularly, about their grand children, Brooke, Cameron, Gayle, Blake and Haley.
