We would like to offer our Condolences to Karen and all of Cookies Family members and may you have strength to get through these long days of mourning. I have always felt quite special to have known and worked with Cookie in Kalimantan, Indonesia and Port Alice Pulp Mills. Cookie probably had the Best Work Ethics of any man I have known in my Career. He also had the Best sense of humour at work or play, many people will vouche for that. You will be missed by the many people that you have known through your journey through life. We will Definetly Be just one of the many couples.
