I met Dale when I came out to Vancouver with Shoppers Drug Mart. We were his biggest account and he certainly knew how to provide service to his customers. In the 20 years I knew him up until my retirement he and, because of him, Carlton Cards was one of our favorite supliers.
We used to talk cars a lot!
My sincere condolences to the members of his family.
