I only recently learned of Norma's death. She was a wonderful woman and a very dedicated Christian who believed strongly in helping people. I have only fond memories of my time at St David's Anglican Church in Castlegar and enjoying both Bert and Norma Collier and the great parishioners of St. David's. Sincerely, Rev. Charles Balfour+
