I met Gord on April 21, 1969 when we started training in the RCMPolice. Since troops were organized alphabetically, he and I shared a pit (sleeping area) . Gord was the most gentle amiable soul in our Troop and was liked by all of the other 31 members. He bored me silly with "Camptown Races" and sang it regularly even in Sep of 2016. My thoughts are with all of his family and friends. Til we meet again.
