I wish I could be there to support Uncle Joe and family. I offer from afar my deepest condolences and share my own sorrow for losing our wonderful aunt Eileen. She brought joy to our lives. Aunt Eileen offered a place of sanctuary and friendship, a listening ear and a coffee. For me she provided a deep, abiding wisdom of acceptance or quiet nonjudgemental look that meant possibly what you just said might benefit from a bit more self-reflection.
